Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
  • Masters of Taxation (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax compliance and planning; experience in a managerial or supervisory role required.
  • Experience managing remote teams and workers.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, multistate, and local tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply complex tax concepts to client situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative tax solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders (both locally and remote)
