Performance Objectives

Create, manage and exceed expectations.
Contribute to the management and professional growth of staff and self.
Review work product to ensure technical quality and correctness.

Work closely with partner and management team to sculpt and lead the TYS's vivid vision.
Attend networking events with prospective clients and industry-related professionals
Assist in generating at least $5,000 in additional revenue for TYS – from new or existing clients.

Successful completion of Bachelors of Accounting degree
Demonstrated leadership and group participation skills at college or other jobs
Strong ability to grasp technology
An ability to research and document GAAP positions
Bonus: Prior CPA firm experience in construction accounting and Audit and Assurance preferred.
